Before you order
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, to all 50 states, with no minimum spend. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days and you'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched.
What if something isn't right for my pet?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a refund. If it arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, send a photo and we'll refund or replace it straight away.
Why do you only carry a few things?
Because we'd rather answer questions about three products properly than list three hundred we've never handled. We add something when it earns its place, not on a schedule.
