Roavo is an online pet supply store for people who share their home with cats and dogs, and who think of them as family. We sell a small, carefully chosen range of grooming, feeding and cleanup products, and we ship them free to every address in the 50 US states.

Why we started Roavo
When an animal is part of the family, you want what you buy for them to actually work. But shopping for pet supplies usually means scrolling past hundreds of near-identical listings, most of which don't solve anything and some of which don't match their own photos.
We started Roavo to do that sorting for you. Instead of a catalog of thousands, we carry a short list of products that each fix a specific, everyday problem, and we explain each one properly: what it does, who it suits, who it doesn't, and how to use it.
What we sell
Everything we carry falls into three categories:
- Grooming: tools for mats, tangles and loose undercoat, such as our curved-tooth dematting comb for cats and dogs.

Every product is chosen to work for both cats and dogs. Where a product has limits, for example a size that suits smaller pets better, the product page says so plainly.
How we choose what we sell
Every product has to clear the same bars before we list it:
- It solves a real, everyday problem that pet owners actually have.
- It is well made and does what it claims to do.
- It is safe to use as described, and we can explain clearly how to use it.
- It is fairly priced for what it does.
If a product doesn't meet all of these, we don't carry it. That's why our range is small, and why we add new products slowly rather than on a schedule. We would rather lose a sale than sell you something that ends up unused in a drawer.
