Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want every product to work for you and your pet. If it doesn't, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order being delivered, for any reason. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

How to start a return

Email support@shoproavo.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a short note on what's wrong. If the item is faulty or damaged, please add a photo.
We'll reply within one business day with next steps, including the return address if we need the item back.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. We can't always match unannounced packages to an order, and the return address may differ from any address shown on our website.

Condition of returned items

Please return items clean, with all parts and accessories, and in the original packaging where possible.

Return shipping

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: you don't pay anything. We cover any return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund.
Changed your mind: return shipping is paid by you. We'll confirm the return address before you send anything, so there are no surprises. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that are lost on their way to us.

Your refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Canceling before your order ships

If you'd like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but the 30-day guarantee above still applies.
